Karma Agile Aluminium Transit Wheelchair - 18" Seat

Received the chair in a box that had clearly been opened and the wheelchair returned by someone unknown to me .
I rang and reported this to Alps at 12.15 pm on 16th July.
I had previously received emails asking me not to accept a delivery from APC but to accept a delivery from Parcelforce.
I accepted delivery from Parcelforce in the previously opened box as described in this review.
In my conversation with Alps and with Jim I explained that no seat was included in the box. It was then explained to me that no seat was included but as a gesture Jim said that given the circumstances they would send a complementary seat that I should expect within a few days. Today is the 25th July and no seat has been received.
The chair is good to use and my wife is pleased and happy with it.
Please send me the seat and acknowledge receipt of this message .
The rating I give is for the quality of the chair in use with a added house cushion
And a one star rating for the very poor delivery experience.

Comfortable once addition of cushion and safety belt arrived, moves like a dream for carers. Brilliant product.

Having a narrow hallway meant width was important so chose wheelchair based on dimensions given. On arrival and unpacking we found that the braking arms on the sides of the chair were wider than the wheelchair so it would not fit. Now I have to arrange collection of the chair myself. All the advisor from Motability2you kept saying was that it needed to be resaleable for me to get a refund! I have not used it as it doesn’t fit down the only way I can access my house. Let’s see how this pans out and will let Trustpilot know.
